Volunteer Roles

We are always looking for people to support our work. We have volunteer roles ranging from administrative positions to Case Workers. We are particularly interested in volunteers who can represent clients in a tribunal and we provide full training for this role.

Hear from our current Case Workers:

Megan Horner, Future Pupil Barrister: “Nothing could have equipped me with more pertinent and practical legal skills than volunteering with LFLR. An excellent opportunity to develop professionally and personally.”

Mahdev Singh Sachdev, Future Pupil Barrister: "There is no better introduction to the legal profession than doing the job itself. Join LFLR for that introduction."

You can find a summary of each volunteer role below.

If you are interested in helping the public by volunteering for LFLR please email volunteering@lflr.co.uk for more information.

Advisory Panel

The Advisory Panel is a group of experienced lawyers who help LFLR on a pro bono voluntary basis to maintain standards of excellence and help us with particular issues that may arise with our casework.

Members of the Advisory Panel are invited to give only as much time as they feel they are able to contribute. LFLR will draw on the Advisory Panel to assist with several areas of work such as advice, representation, training and quality assurance.
